3,000 Vehicles Deal! REPT BATTERO Signs MoU with Indonesia's Bakrie&Brothers Group for Commercial Vehicle Battery Systems

SHANGHAI,June 5, 2025/PRNewswire/ -- OnMay 29, 2025, in the presence of the Indonesian Minister of Land Transportation, General Administration of Customs, representatives from the Central Java Provincial Government, Magelang County Government, and the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, REPT BATTERO andIndonesia'sBakrie& Brothers Group inked a strategic cooperation memorandum for commercial vehicle battery systems. The pact aims to spearhead the adoption and proliferation of green energy across the Indonesian market. By the end of 2025, the two entities plan to roll out power battery systems for over 3,000 electric buses and trucks. 

PT REPT BATTEROINDONESIA, REPT BATTERO's manufacturing hub in Indonesia，will produce commercial vehicle battery systems compliant withIndonesia'slocal content requirements (TKDN) after its construction. This initiative, embodying the spirit of"Indonesian Born, Global Contribution,"will fortify commercial vehicle customers and assistIndonesiain reaching its net-zero carbon emissions goal by 2060 or even ahead of schedule.
