Affectionately known as"Ah Pui,"an endearing nickname reflecting his warm personality and generous spirit, Chef Anthony brings over a decade of culinary expertise to this new venture.

With a strong background in both Japanese and Singaporean cuisine, Chef Anthony is renowned for his refined techniques and bold flavours. His vision for the Ah Pui Teochew Porridge Buffet is simple: to rekindle the warmth of home-cooked fare that defined everyday life inSingapore'searly years.

A Feast of Authentic Flavours

Guests can look forward to classic porridge options like Sweet Potato Porridgeand Plain Teochew Porridge. These are perfectly complemented by an impressive spread of over 20 heritage dishes and condiments. Highlights include savoury Braised Pork Belly, delicate Teochew-style Steamed Seabass Fillet, and unique Deep Fried Fermented Pork. Essential condiments like Salted Egg, flavourful XO Shrimp Sauce, and authentic Teochew Bean Paste will also be available to complete the experience.
