In 2024,Colombia'snon-mining exports toJapantotaled USD$293.4 million, up 3.3% compared to 2023. The main exports were green coffee, fresh flowers, coffee derivatives, fungicides, and electrical devices. ByJanuary 2025, exports toJapanreached USD$28.4 million, a 5% increase compared to the same period in 2024.

Between 2000 and 2024, Japanese investment inColombiatotaled USD$766.9 million.Japanis currentlyColombia'sthird-largest Asian investor, afterChinaandIndia, with more than 45 Japanese companies established in the country.
