In a recent video uploaded to rapper Nucksal’s YouTube channel on February 4, Taeyeon appeared as a guest and spent the day taking a Pilates class with the host. The episode offered fans a rare glimpse into her everyday routines and confirmed her reputation as a true homebody.

During the video, Taeyeon shared that she has been practicing Pilates for nearly nine years, impressing Nucksal with her familiarity and control during the session. He even recorded parts of the workout, joking that it deserved proper documentation.

“I Really Don’t Go Out Much”

When Nucksal teased her about whether her “staying home” image was just a concept, Taeyeon answered without hesitation. “I don’t go out,” she said plainly. “There’s nowhere I really need to go. I once stayed home for an entire week.”

She added that she often wonders how other people find places to go every day, explaining that home simply feels like the most comfortable option for her.

Taeyeon also talked about how she spends her time at home. Her all-time favorite food, she revealed, is tonkatsu especially with plenty of sauce. She typically eats while watching YouTube, browsing through the channels she subscribes to.

Her algorithm, she explained, tends to surface beauty-related content, but she also keeps up with news and current events. That media habit extends to streaming platforms as well. “I’m subscribed to seven OTT services,” Taeyeon said casually. Those include Netflix, Wavve, TVING, Disney+, HBO Max, Apple TV+, and Coupang Play a list that left Nucksal visibly surprised.

A Calm Take on Being “Home-Rich”

Reacting to the number, Nucksal joked that this must be what being “young and rich” looks like. Taeyeon, however, brushed it off, responding as if it were completely normal. “Doesn’t everyone do that?” she asked, unfazed.
