BTS Named the World’s Most Loved Figures of 2025, Global Data Shows

Global Demand Places BTS at No. 1

Parrot Analytics revealed its annual report What Audiences Loved in 2025, ranking figures under the category “Talents of the Year Under 30.” BTS claimed the No. 1 spot, outperforming artists across music, film, and digital entertainment worldwide.

The ranking is based on Average Demand, a composite metric that measures how often and how intensely audiences engage with a person or brand across platforms. This includes search activity, social engagement, streaming behavior, and fan-driven interactions. The index is widely used in the global entertainment industry to assess long-term IP and cultural value.

Why BTS Still Dominated 2025

Despite a year without extensive group promotions, the report noted that BTS consistently generated sharp spikes in global attention. Events such as BTS FESTA, individual member projects, and ongoing fan-driven engagement kept the group at the center of cultural conversation.

The report described BTS as a “central gravity point” in 2025, emphasizing that the group’s presence alone continues to function as a cultural infrastructure rather than a traditional entertainment act.

HYBE Artists Fill the Global Top Tier

The report also highlighted the broader impact of HYBE artists. ENHYPEN ranked No. 2 in the same category, driven by their appearance at major global festivals and the success of their WALK THE LINE world tour, which drew hundreds of thousands of fans across multiple continents.

SEVENTEEN placed No. 8, supported by the release of their fifth studio album ‘HAPPY BURSTDAY’, a strong showing on the Billboard 200, and large-scale anniversary events that attracted more than one million fans both online and offline.

Measuring Cultural Influence Beyond Charts

Parrot Analytics’ methodology focuses not just on sales or chart positions, but on sustained audience demand how deeply a figure remains embedded in public interest over time. Industry analysts consider the ranking a reliable indicator of long-term cultural relevance rather than short-term popularity.

A Group That Remains a Global Constant

The 2025 results reinforce what fans and industry observers have long noted: BTS’s influence extends beyond music releases or promotional cycles. Even in quieter periods, the group continues to define global fan culture, engagement patterns, and demand at a scale few artists achieve.
