A Show Built on Quiet Acts of Kindness

On February 10, the production team confirmed the second and third rounds of guest members, signaling a larger-scale evolution of the show following the strong response to its initial lineup, which included Choo Sung-hoon, Noh Hong-chul, Lee Soo-ji, Dex, and BLACKPINK’s Jennie.

Airing every Sunday evening, ‘Manitto Club’ is structured around a simple but resonant concept: offering small, thoughtful acts of support to people in need of encouragement. The show frames these gestures as “undercover” missions, where cast members quietly deliver gifts and moments of care, often without revealing themselves.

The cast is organized into three groups, each introduced in stages to maintain momentum and freshness.

Second-Lineup Brings Star Power and Contrast

The newly announced second lineup includes Jung Hae-in, Go Youn-jung, Park Myung-soo, Hong Jin-kyung, Kim Do-hoon, and chef Yoon Nam-no.

Jung Hae-in’s addition has drawn particular attention. Known for consistently successful acting transformations, he joins ‘Manitto Club’ after his recent appearance on ‘Good Day,’ raising curiosity about how his calm, grounded image will translate into a variety setting.

Go Youn-jung, who has gained global recognition through Netflix’s ‘Can This Love Be Translated?’, will make her first fixed appearance on a variety show through ‘Manitto Club.’ Viewers are especially curious to see sides of her personality that have remained off-screen in her drama work.

Veteran entertainer Park Myung-soo and broadcaster Hong Jin-kyung add balance to the lineup, bringing proven variety instincts and sharp commentary. Actor Kim Do-hoon, who has been steadily rising with his performances, and Yoon Nam-no, the breakout chef from ‘Culinary Class Wars’ and ‘Please Take Care of My Refrigerator’, round out the group with distinct expertise and character.

Third-Lineup Highlights Long-Awaited Reunions

The third lineup features Cha Tae-hyun, Park Bo-young, Lee Sun-bin, Hwang Kwang-hee, and Kang Hoon, completing an ensemble that spans generations and genres.

Among them, the reunion of Cha Tae-hyun and Park Bo-young stands out. The two last worked together as father and daughter in the 2008 film ‘Scandal Makers’, which drew over eight million viewers. Their reunion on a variety program nearly two decades later has become one of the most anticipated elements of the show’s upcoming episodes.

Lee Sun-bin is expected to bring her candid, approachable charm, while Hwang Kwang-hee’s high-energy presence and Kang Hoon’s emerging variety potential promise unpredictable chemistry.

Growing Expectations

With its expanding lineup, ‘Manitto Club’ is positioning itself as more than a standard variety show. By combining unexpected pairings, cross-generational casts, and a concept rooted in empathy rather than competition, the program continues to differentiate itself in a crowded entertainment landscape.
