NCT member Park Ji-sung is officially stepping into a new chapter of his career, joining ENA’s upcoming drama ‘Crash 2: Road of Fury’ as he begins full-scale acting activities.

The series serves as the second installment of ‘Crash’, which ranked No. 2 in ENA’s all-time drama ratings in 2024. Directed by Park Jun-woo and written by Oh Soo-jin, the new season builds on the momentum of its predecessor while introducing fresh faces to its cast.
Park Ji-sung joins returning cast members Lee Min-ki, Kwak Sun-young, Heo Sung-tae, Lee Ho-cheol, and Moon Hee. His addition signals an expanded storyline and a broader character dynamic for the second season.
In the drama, he plays Ji Dae-se, a rookie police officer in the Traffic Crimes Investigation (T.C.I.) unit at Namgang Police Station. Known within the department for his tall stature and striking visuals, Ji Dae-se is described as an enthusiastic newcomer who admires the T.C.I. team and aspires to prove himself.
The role is expected to showcase Park’s energetic presence, as the character requires physical agility and action sequences. Production sources note that the character’s athleticism aligns naturally with Park’s own physical strengths.
While widely recognized as NCT’s youngest member, Park Ji-sung is not entirely new to acting. He previously appeared as a child actor in projects such as ‘Deep Rooted Tree’ and the film ‘Unbowed’, gaining early on-screen experience before debuting as an idol.
‘Crash 2’ marks his first major acting project as an adult performer, drawing attention to how he will transition from idol to actor in a more mature role.
‘Crash 2: Road of Fury’ is scheduled to air in the second half of 2026 as part of ENA’s Monday-Tuesday drama lineup. The series will also be available on KT Genie TV.
