ITZY Invite Young Patients and Underprivileged Youth to Seoul Concert, Sharing the Warmth of Their World Tour Opening

ITZY began their new world tour not only with powerful performances, but with a message of genuine support and inclusion.

During the Seoul stop of their third world tour TUNNEL VISION, the group invited children and teenagers from vulnerable backgrounds, along with their families, turning the concert venue into a space of encouragement, celebration, and unforgettable memories.

A Concert That Became a Moment of Hope

The shows, held from February 13 to 15 at Jamsil Indoor Stadium, marked ITZY’s first world tour launch in about a year and a half following BORN TO BE.

For this long-awaited return, the members went beyond the stage. Through JYP Entertainment’s medical expense support program in partnership with major hospitals — including Samsung Medical Center, the National Cancer Center, Asan Medical Center, and Yonsei Medical Center young patients who had completed or were undergoing treatment were invited to attend.

The event allowed them and their families to step away from hospital routines and experience a live performance filled with energy and positivity.

Reuniting With Children From Their “Dream Day” Mentorship

Some of the invited guests shared a special history with the group.

Children who previously met ITZY as mentors through the Dream Day initiative, part of World Vision’s “Dreaming Children” program in 2022, were able to see them again — this time as performers on a global tour stage.

The reunion added emotional depth to the concert, transforming it into a full-circle moment that highlighted the group’s long-term commitment to youth support.

Consistent Acts of Giving On and Off the Stage

This invitation is part of a broader pattern.

All five members have continuously taken part in donations and relief efforts both in Korea and internationally. Their contributions have supported:

  • Wildfire recovery in the Gyeongnam and Gyeongbuk regions
  • Assistance programs for fallen and injured firefighters
  • Medical treatment for underprivileged patients
  • Emergency relief following the Türkiye–Syria earthquake

They have also hosted JYP’s annual social contribution event EDM DAY and participated in environmental and sustainability campaigns such as JYP 4 EARTH, using their platform to promote long-term positive change.

Turning Global Love Into Real-World Impact

As ITZY launch their 2026 world tour, the Seoul concerts set the tone for what this era represents.

Rather than focusing solely on scale and performance, the group connected their global success with meaningful action, sharing the support they receive from fans with those who need it most.

With TUNNEL VISION set to continue across multiple cities, ITZY are expanding not only their reputation as “K-pop performance queens,” but also their identity as artists who consistently translate influence into real-world impact.
