I-DLE’s Minnie Shares Heartwarming Story About BLACKPINK’s Lisa Visiting Her Dorm

I-DLE’s Minnie recently shared a touching story about her longtime friend BLACKPINK’s Lisa, giving fans a glimpse into their close friendship behind the scenes.

During a conversation on the YouTube channel Katanyu Tonight  she recalled memories from their early days in Korea, Minnie revealed that Lisa once surprised her with a quick visit to her dorm bringing food along with her. The moment seems to have left a lasting impression on the singer.

A surprise visit with only 10 minutes to spare

According to Minnie, the unexpected visit happened while she was still living in a shared dorm during her early trainee days. Lisa contacted her out of the blue. “She asked me, ‘Are you free? What are you doing?’”

Minnie replied that she was still at home in her pajamas, but Lisa insisted she would stop by anyway even though she only had about 10 minutes of free time.

A small room and a simple moment

At the time, Minnie didn’t yet have her own apartment and was living in a very small dorm room sharing the space with others. She even tried to stop Lisa from coming because the space was so limited. “My bedroom was really small. There wasn’t even space for a tiny table.” Concerned the living room might make other members uncomfortable, Minnie suggested Lisa not come. But Lisa still decided to visit regardless.

Sitting on the floor to share a meal

When Lisa arrived, the two ended up sharing a quiet moment in the tiny room. Lisa sat on the floor eating the food she brought, while Minnie sat on the bed watching her. Minnie said she repeatedly asked if Lisa was okay with the situation. Lisa simply replied: “It’s chill.” For Minnie, the moment felt less like a visit and more like a friend stopping by just to spend a little time together.
