In the series, Seo In-guk plays Gyeong-nam, a character who stands out for his calm, cynical tone within a dynamic narrative structure. Reflecting on the project, he shared:

“I was confident in this work. Since the story unfolds through multiple characters, I intentionally kept Gyeong-nam’s tone more restrained and deeper.”

The series quickly climbed to No.1 on Netflix’s Global Top 10 (Non-English Shows) within two weeks constantly building on its strong international engagement.

One question stood out during the interview that drew attention. What if fans could “subscribe” to Seo In-guk as their boyfriend for a month? His answer leaned into the show’s concept and felt surprisingly real.

“I think we’d go on home dates. Play games together, or visit good restaurants. The journey matters, so we could drive, take public transport, or just walk.”

The idea of an everyday, comfortable relationship is exactly what fans seem to be falling into.
