BTS is proving once again that its global dominance is built to last.
According to Billboard’s latest charts, BTS’ title track “SWIM” from their fifth full-length album ‘ARIRANG’ ranked No. 2 on both the Billboard Global 200 and Billboard Global Excl. U.S. charts, marking its sixth consecutive week inside the Top 3.
The achievement signals more than just a strong debut. Six weeks after release, “SWIM” is still holding firm at the top of the global music market, showing BTS’ rare ability to turn a new album era into a long-running worldwide event.

One of the most notable details is that “SWIM” rose one spot from the previous week on the Billboard Global 200, proving the song’s continued momentum across streaming and sales.
Even more impressive, all 13 vocal tracks from ‘ARIRANG’ have remained on both Billboard global charts for six weeks. This shows that listeners are not only focused on the title track, but are engaging with the full album.
BTS’ album ‘ARIRANG’ also continues to perform strongly on the main U.S. albums chart. The album ranked No. 5 on the Billboard 200, maintaining a Top 5 position for six consecutive weeks.
The album previously made history as the first work by a Korean artist to spend three consecutive weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard 200.
Meanwhile, “SWIM” ranked No. 32 on the Hot 100, extending its chart run to six weeks.

The album also performed across multiple Billboard sub-charts. ‘ARIRANG’ ranked No. 4 on Top Album Sales, No. 11 on Top Streaming Albums, and climbed three spots to No. 5 on the Vinyl Albums chart.
“SWIM” also appeared on several major song-based charts, including Digital Song Sales, Pop Airplay, Adult Pop Airplay, Radio Songs, and Adult Contemporary.
Adding to the tour effect, BTS’ 2017 fan-favorite track “Pied Piper” re-entered the World Digital Song Sales chart at No. 9 after being performed during the group’s Tampa concert.
BTS is currently in the middle of its ‘ARIRANG’ world tour, with 31 shows across 12 North American cities.
On May 2 and 3, the group performed at Sun Bowl Stadium in El Paso, drawing around 100,000 fans. The city joined the celebration as local landmark Star on the Mountain lit up in BTS’ symbolic purple.
Following El Paso, BTS will continue the tour at Estadio GNP Seguros in Mexico City beginning May 7.
With “SWIM” still dominating global charts and ‘ARIRANG’ maintaining its Billboard 200 power, BTS is not simply enjoying another successful comeback. They are proving that their global reach, fandom strength, and musical influence remain unmatched.
