BTS Announces 2026 FESTA Schedule as Full Group Prepares to Celebrate 13th Anniversary With ARMY

BTS is turning its 13th anniversary into more than a yearly celebration. This year, FESTA marks the group’s first anniversary season as a full team again, making the event feel like both a homecoming and the beginning of a new chapter. BTS officially opened the countdown to 2026 BTS FESTA by releasing the event timetable through the group’s official channels at midnight on June 1.

BTS FESTA is the group’s annual anniversary festival held around June 13, the date BTS debuted in 2013. Each year, the celebration brings together online content, special releases, memories, performances, and fan-centered events for ARMY around the world. But the 2026 edition carries extra emotional weight. It is the first FESTA season BTS is celebrating as a complete group again after their military hiatus, and the schedule reflects that significance.

The Meaning Behind ‘13(B)TS’

This year’s FESTA is titled ‘13(B)TS,’ a name that highlights the group’s 13th debut anniversary while also signaling a fresh start.

The concept suggests moving beyond the number 12, often seen as a complete cycle, and adding a new “1” created by BTS and ARMY together. In other words, ‘13(B)TS’ is not only about looking back at the past 12 years. It is about stepping into the next chapter. The released timetable was designed using official logos from BTS’ past albums, creating a visual timeline of the group’s journey from debut to the present.

BTS FESTA Begins With the Beloved “Family Photo”

The 2026 FESTA content rollout begins on June 4 with BTS’ signature “family photo” release. The annual photo content has long been one of FESTA’s most beloved traditions, giving fans a symbolic portrait of BTS at each stage of their career.

On June 5, BTS will release the performance video for ‘Hooligan,’ a track from their fifth studio album ‘ARIRANG.’ Additional content will follow on June 7 and June 8, including ‘NORMAL LOG,’ which captures the members’ natural daily moments, and ‘13 SIDE FILM,’ another anniversary-themed video project.

‘Run BTS 2.0’ Returns With New Episodes

One of the most anticipated parts of this year’s FESTA is the return of ‘Run BTS 2.0.’

New episodes of the group’s self-produced variety show are scheduled for June 10 and June 11. The announcement has already raised expectations, especially after teaser videos released in April and May gained massive attention online. For fans, ‘Run BTS’ has always been more than a variety show. It is one of the clearest windows into the members’ chemistry, humor, and friendship. Its return during FESTA makes the celebration feel even more personal.

BTS to Officially Release ‘Come Over’

BTS will also release new music during the anniversary period.

On June 12, the group will officially release ‘Come Over,’ a song that had previously been included only on the deluxe vinyl edition of ‘ARIRANG.’ Produced by SUGA, the track is described as an honest confession about finding one’s way back to “you” even through confusion and wandering. The song is expected to carry special meaning for ARMY, who stayed with BTS through years of change, solo activities, and military service.

On the same day, BTS will also release a limited-edition picture disc vinyl of ‘ARIRANG.’

The FESTA Highlight Moves to Busan

The biggest moment of this year’s celebration will take place in Busan.

BTS will hold their ‘ARIRANG’ world tour concerts at Busan Asiad Main Stadium on June 12 and June 13. The shows mark the group’s first domestic stadium concerts as a full team following their military discharge era.

It will also be BTS’ first performance in Busan in about three years and eight months since their October 2022 concert supporting Busan’s bid to host the 2030 World Expo. Tickets for both Busan dates sold out immediately after reservations opened, showing the intense demand for BTS’ full-group return on Korean soil.

BTS Returns From a Massive North American Tour

The Busan concerts follow BTS’ successful North American tour.

The group recently completed its first North American tour for ‘ARIRANG,’ ending with performances at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. Across 15 shows in five cities, BTS drew a total audience of 840,000, once again demonstrating the group’s global touring power.

The timing makes the 2026 FESTA even more meaningful. After reconnecting with international fans through stadium shows abroad, BTS is now returning to celebrate its anniversary with fans in Korea.

Why 2026 FESTA Feels Different

BTS debuted in 2013 and went on to become one of the most influential pop groups in the world with songs such as ‘Dynamite,’ ‘Butter,’ and ‘Permission to Dance.’

After completing their military hiatus, the group returned in March with their fifth studio album ‘ARIRANG.’ The album’s tracks, including ‘SWIM,’ ‘Body to Body,’ ‘Hooligan,’ and ‘2.0,’ have continued to gain strong attention.

BTS also recently won three awards at the American Music Awards, including Artist of the Year, further reinforcing the group’s global influence.

Still, FESTA has a different meaning from awards and chart success. It is the event that belongs most directly to BTS and ARMY. This year, that connection feels especially powerful. 2026 BTS FESTA is not just a celebration of 13 years. It is a reminder that after time apart, the group and its fans are beginning the next era together.
