MAMAMOO is coming back with the kind of harmony only four voices with a long history can create.
The vocal powerhouse group is preparing to release its special single ‘4WARD,’ marking its first full-group release in about three years and eight months. Ahead of the comeback, MAMAMOO unveiled the music video teaser for the title track ‘4 Flowers,’ giving fans a first look at the emotional tone of their new era.
The teaser was released through the group’s official YouTube channel on June 2, showing Solar, Moonbyul, Wheein, and Hwasa together in a peaceful natural setting.

In the video, the four members are seen smiling, running, and spending time together surrounded by greenery.
Rather than focusing on dramatic visuals or high-concept storytelling, the teaser leans into warmth and memory. It recalls the long journey MAMAMOO has shared as a group while also hinting at the road they are about to take together again.
The image of the members looking in the same direction adds emotional weight, suggesting that ‘4WARD’ is not only a comeback project but also a statement about moving forward as four.
A portion of the song and lyrics was also revealed through the teaser.
Lines such as “Even if we scatter, our roots are one” and “A flower that blooms again after goodbye” point to the song’s central theme: relationships that remain meaningful even after time, distance, and change.
The title track ‘4 Flowers’ is a medium pop song built around stylish guitar sounds and dense drum arrangements. Like flowers that bloom in different ways but remain connected through the same root, the song is expected to express values and bonds that do not disappear with time.
For MAMAMOO, that message feels especially personal. Each member has grown as a solo artist in recent years, but ‘4WARD’ brings them back together as one group.

The single title ‘4WARD’ combines the number 4, representing the four members, with “forward,” suggesting movement into the future.
That wordplay captures the meaning of the comeback. MAMAMOO is not returning simply to repeat its past. The group is reuniting after years of individual growth, carrying that experience into a new chapter.
Over the years, Solar, Moonbyul, Wheein, and Hwasa have each built strong identities as solo artists. Now, ‘4WARD’ brings those separate paths back into one shared direction.
MAMAMOO has long been known for its vocal color, live performance ability, and emotional delivery.
With ‘4 Flowers,’ expectations are centered once again on the group’s four-part harmony. The teaser suggests that the song will highlight the individuality of each member’s voice while allowing their combined sound to carry the emotional message.
That has always been one of MAMAMOO’s greatest strengths. Their music often feels strongest when the members’ different tones meet in one arrangement — distinct, but unmistakably connected.
MAMAMOO will release ‘4WARD’ on June 4 at 6 p.m. KST through major music platforms.
Soon after the release, the group will begin its large-scale world tour, ‘MAMAMOO 2026 WORLD TOUR [4WARD].’
The tour will open in Seoul from June 19 to 21 at Olympic Hall in Olympic Park, Songpa-gu. After the Seoul concerts, MAMAMOO is expected to continue the tour through major cities in Asia and the Americas.

With ‘4WARD,’ MAMAMOO is returning at a meaningful point in its career.
The comeback does not erase the members’ solo journeys. Instead, it seems to embrace them. The four members have grown in different directions, but ‘4 Flowers’ suggests that their shared root remains unchanged.
For fans, this release may feel like more than a new song. It is a reminder that MAMAMOO’s strongest sound has always come from four different voices choosing to bloom together.
