Actor Heo Nam-jun opened up about his future dreams, revealing that marriage and family are already part of the life he hopes to build.
Heo Nam-jun appeared as a guest on the YouTube channel ‘YouTube Ha Ji-young’ on June 10, where he talked about his personal goals, dating style, and thoughts on relationships.
The actor is currently appearing in the SBS Friday-Saturday drama ‘My Royal Nemesis’.

During the interview, Heo Nam-jun was asked what kind of person he imagines himself becoming 10 years from now.
His answer surprised the host because it was not only about career success.
He said he believes he “definitely” wants to have a family by then, adding that he wants to get married sooner rather than later. He also shared that he often imagines a future in which he is spending time with a child.
When Ha Ji-young reacted by saying she expected him to still be focused mainly on work 10 years later, Heo Nam-jun laughed and described himself as more family-oriented than people might think.
Heo Nam-jun’s comments drew attention because they showed a softer and more personal side of the actor.
While many rising actors tend to focus on discussing career goals during interviews, Heo spoke openly about wanting a stable home life. His answer gave fans a glimpse of his values outside of acting and public appearances.
The moment also showed that he sees family not as something distant, but as an important part of the future he hopes to create.

The actor also discussed how he behaves when he likes someone.
When asked whether he is the type to actively approach a person he likes or quietly wait nearby, Heo Nam-jun said it depends on the situation. He explained that his behavior changes depending on the timing, the person, and how strongly he feels.
He also spoke honestly about flirting. According to Heo, he becomes more expressive when he feels the other person may also be interested. However, if he does not sense the same feeling from the other side, he tends to become more reserved.
Heo Nam-jun also emphasized that he tries not to do things the other person dislikes.
He said that even if something was originally part of his lifestyle, he would adjust if his partner felt uncomfortable with it. As an example, he explained that drinking itself may be fine, but if his partner did not like him staying out all night at a friend’s house while drinking, he would drink moderately and return home instead.
His answer gave the impression of someone who values consideration and emotional balance in a relationship.

Through the interview, Heo Nam-jun showed a candid side that went beyond his image as an actor.
His comments about wanting to marry quickly, start a family, and respect a partner’s feelings made the conversation feel more personal and relatable. They also gave fans a clearer picture of how he thinks about love and long-term relationships.
As Heo Nam-jun continues to appear in ‘My Royal Nemesis’ his honest remarks are adding another layer of attention to his growing public profile.
