TWS ASMR, Customized Eye Exams and Frame Recommendations for Gifted Individuals

TWS released an eyewear store ASMR roleplay video through the ’Random Play🕹️’ series. In this content, the member takes on the role of an employee at Eyewear Genius Optical, recreating the actual process of visiting an optical store, from vision testing to recommending frames and explaining products. The video begins with customer service situations such as checking reservations and membership registration. Then, it proceeds with a consultation about the customer’s vision deterioration and astigmatism symptoms, followed by a medical interview covering the most recent vision test, daily habits, and smartphone usage. The customer’s eye fatigue and redness are also checked. During the vision test, the customer is guided to rest their chin and forehead on the device, and various test procedures are explained in sequence, including gazing at a hot air balloon, intraocular pressure measurement, and number and object recognition. A scenario is also staged where the customer perceives numbers or objects differently during the test. Afterwards, the customer tries on various lenses to check the prescription, and the difference in vision between the right and left eyes is confirmed. In the frame recommendation stage, various designs such as angular frames, rimless, tortoiseshell patterns, and gold colors are introduced, considering the customer’s face shape and preferences. Unique styles are also presented, including limited products for VIP customers, the 2026 S/S collection, and red and blue frames inspired by cinema culture. Depending on the customer’s reaction, the employee personally encourages trying on frames or secretly offers discounts on specific products. Finally, when the customer selects the desired glasses, the employee packages and hands over the accessories such as the glasses case and cleaning cloth. The video ends with a thank you message for the customer’s visit, wishes for a safe return home, and a request for a revisit. The video clarifies that it may differ from actual situations and states that it is a staged roleplay ASMR content.
