Kihyun releases English version of 'Borderline'... Tops iTunes charts in 5 countries, achieving global success

Monsta X (MONSTA X) Kihyun released the English version of ″So Good″ on July 24 through various online music platforms. Kihyun’s mini album 2nd release, BORDERLINE, title track ″So Good,″ was released on the 7th and is characterized by its rock-based sound, gradually intensifying guitar sounds, and Kihyun’s delicate vocals. The album attracted attention from the U.S. business magazine Forbes. Forbes described it as ″an album that conveys empathy and resonance by portraying a journey of finding ’oneself’ rather than the ’right answer,’″ and noted that Kihyun expanded his musical spectrum by embracing various genres such as alternative rock, pop rock, R&B, and modern band sounds. Kihyun performed ″So Good″ on music shows for two weeks, receiving enthusiastic responses from Monbebe (official fan club name) with his stable live performance and delicate expressiveness. His agency Starship Entertainment stated that the release of the English version would serve as an opportunity to broaden connections with global listeners.
