Cortis 'FaSHioN' reaches 200 million streams on Spotify... second milestone in 10 months

CORTIS’s debut album track ″FaSHioN″ has surpassed 200 million cumulative streams on Spotify. The song reached 200 million streams approximately 10 months after its release, marking the group’s second track to achieve this milestone. Previously, ″GO!″ from the same album hit 200 million streams on the 26th of last month, about 9 months after its release. This is the shortest time to reach 200 million streams among boy groups debuted in the last five years, with ″FaSHioN″ following closely behind. ″FaSHioN″ is a collaborative creation by members Martin, James, Juhun, Sunghyun, and Geonho, centered around their shared interest in fashion. The song combines Southern hip-hop with trap sounds and features lyrics reflecting the members’ daily lives. On July 24, CORTIS surpassed 1 billion cumulative streams on Spotify for their released songs. This is the highest record among boy groups debuted in the last five years. Their second mini-album ″GREENGREEN,″ released in May this year, debuted at number 3 on the Billboard 200 chart dated May 23 and ranked 126 as of the August 1 chart. It has charted for 11 consecutive weeks, the longest entry record among K-pop boy groups debuted in the last five years. On the detailed charts, it ranked 2nd on Top Album Sales and 9th on World Albums. The title track ″REDRED″ charted for 13 consecutive weeks, ranking 92 on the Global 200 and 50 on the Global (excluding U.S.) charts. On the Artist 100 chart, it rose 7 spots from last week to 75. CORTIS will perform on the T-Mobile stage at Lollapalooza Chicago on August 1. They are the only K-pop boy group participating this year.
