RIIZEne One faces 'bully rumor' controversy... Homeroom teacher clarifies "No basis," deletes exposé post

Amid allegations that Won-i, a member of Lissene, was a school bully, a person presumed to be Won-i’s homeroom teacher during middle school came forward to reveal details about Won-i’s school life and refute the claims. On the 1st, a netizen posted on X (formerly Twitter) a screenshot of part of an SNS conversation, claiming to expose Won-i’s behavior during middle school. This netizen did not provide objective evidence to support their claim. As a result, many netizens took a neutral stance. Later, another netizen who identified themselves as Won-i’s homeroom teacher for 2nd and 3rd years of middle school refuted the allegations through their SNS account, sharing a letter personally written by Won-i, photos taken with friends, and messages exchanged with other teachers who taught Won-i at the time. This person stated, ″I was Won-i’s homeroom teacher for 2nd and 3rd years of middle school. If Won-i did anything wrong during middle school, it is my fault for not teaching properly,″ and added, ″I kindly ask that the baseless and reckless accusations stop.″ Following this rebuttal, positive public opinion about Won-i’s school days continued, and the exposé post by the netizen who made the bullying allegations has since been deleted. Meanwhile, Won-i is a member of the group Lissene and is receiving much love after topping the music charts, thanks to the popularity of their personal YouTube channel.
