Hive Music Group’s new label ABD announced the debut of their first girl group, TUIDE. TUIDE will officially debut on the 24th at 6 PM with the release of their first mini-album, ″TUNE & PLAY.″ TUIDE consists of seven members: Seohee, Seoyeon, Elena, Jia, Saki, Sea, and Iha-nee. All members are teenagers born between 2006 and 2011, representing diverse cultural backgrounds from Korea, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Japan. On the 2nd, TUIDE released a video titled ″Introductions: WE TUIDE″ on their official SNS, showcasing the members’ visuals. In the video, the members shout ″TUIDE″ in multiple languages to introduce the team, featuring a unique sound composition where Korean, English, Japanese, and French alternate over a minimal beat. Additionally, photo content displaying the members’ styling and atmosphere was released, set in a space decorated with a colorful team logo. ″TUNE & PLAY″ is an album that embodies the meaning of tuning different musical languages into one rhythm (TUNE) and maximizing the joy (PLAY) found within it. The album reflects TUIDE’s ambition to present a new trend in the global market with sounds that transcend generational, cultural, and linguistic boundaries. Ahead of their official debut, TUIDE held the ″TUIDE EXCLUSIVE PREVIEW [PLAYGROUND]″ event on the 1st and 2nd at Layers Studio 11 in Mapo-gu, Seoul, where they performed all the tracks from their debut album. The performances were conducted without revealing any team information, featuring five songs.
