Jennie, the first Korean female solo artist to headline Lollapalooza Chicago, passionately performs 18 songs

Black Pink Jennie and boy group Cortis took the stage on the 1st at the large-scale music festival ″Lollapalooza Chicago″ held at Grant Park in Chicago, USA. ″Lollapalooza″ is a world-renowned music festival that began in 1991. This year, over 170 acts performed across 8 stages from July 30 to August 2. It is the largest festival in North America, attracting more than 400,000 attendees. Jennie became the first Korean female solo artist to headline at ″Lollapalooza.″ She closed the main stage, ″Bud Light,″ performing 18 songs over about an hour with live band accompaniment. This performance was her first live stage since the release of her single ″Less than a Lover.″ At the event, she surprised the audience by unveiling an unreleased new song along with ″Less than a Lover,″ receiving enthusiastic responses. OA Entertainment stated, ″Jennie’s new song stage sparked sing-alongs from the audience, and her unreleased new song also received a warm reception.″ This year’s ″Lollapalooza Chicago″ headliner lineup included global artists such as Charli XCX, Lorde, and Olivia Dean. Cortis performed 11 songs including ″GO!,″ ″What You Want,″ and ″REDRED″ for 40 minutes on the ″T-Mobile″ stage.
