NEXZ to release new single 'SAUCIN' on August 24... First trailer video unveiled

NEXZ(Nexz) is making a comeback with the new album ’SAUCIN’’. NEXZ (Tomoya, Yuu, Haru, So Gun, Seita, Huey, Yuki) announced the release of their new album by unveiling the first trailer video for ’SAUCIN’’ on their official SNS on August 3rd. This album is their latest work, released about four months after their second single ’Mmchk’ in April. The released trailer video shows the seven members transformed into farmers, carefully tending and harvesting crops such as tomatoes, lemons, and kiwis in a greenhouse. The members hold the harvested fruits in their hands and burst them, then cover themselves with various colored sauces made from fresh ingredients. This concept connects to the album title, symbolizing the intention to showcase diverse musical colors like different sauces. ’SAUCIN’’ is a coined expression combining the English word ’SAUCE’ and the progressive suffix ’~ING’, expressing the intention to present music with various moods and charms. NEXZ also added the meaning of satisfying everyone’s preferences, from dipping sauce to pouring sauce. Since debuting with the single ’Ride the Vibe’ in May 2024, NEXZ has gained attention for their solid dance skills and performance immersion. Their April release ’Mmchk’ set a new record for initial sales and topped the real-time chart on the domestic music site Bugs with the title track of the same name, achieving their first music show win since debut. They are also continuing their performance activities. In June, NEXZ successfully completed their first Japan arena tour ’NEXZ LIVE TOUR 2026 ″Hellmate″’, and held the global showcase event ’NEXZ GLOBAL SHOWCASE EVENT Mmchk: Not Typical’ in five cities including Seoul, Taipei, Hong Kong, Bangkok, and Singapore, meeting fans worldwide. In September, they are scheduled to perform at the large Brazilian music festival ’Rock in Rio’ and the new festival ’STRAYCITY’ held in three Latin American regions.
