Nexz to release new album 'So Scene' on the 24th... comeback after 4 months

Nexz (NEXZ) will make a comeback on August 24 at 6 PM with the new album ’SAUCIN’’. On August 3, Nexz released the first trailer video for ’SAUCIN’’ through their official channel. The video features the seven members transformed into farmers, cultivating various crops such as tomatoes, lemons, and kiwis in a greenhouse, bursting the harvests, and making colorful sauces with fresh ingredients. This trailer sparked curiosity among fans. The album title ’SAUCIN’’ combines the English word ’SAUCE’ and the progressive suffix ’~ING’, conveying the meaning of satisfying Nexz’s unique musical identity and diverse tastes. This album is the new release about four months after their second single ’Mmchk’ in April. Nexz debuted in May 2024 with the single ’Ride the Vibe’ and was formed through the survival audition program ’Nizi Project Season 2’, jointly planned by JYP Entertainment and Sony Music Japan. Nexz recently completed their Japan arena tour ’NEXZ LIVE TOUR 2026 ″Hellmate″’ and held a global showcase event ’NEXZ GLOBAL SHOWCASE EVENT Mmchk: Not Typical’ in five cities: Seoul, Taipei, Hong Kong, Bangkok, and Singapore. They are also scheduled to perform at the Brazilian music festival ’Rock in Rio’ in September and at the ’STRAYCITY’ festival held in three Latin American regions.
