Nexz, August 24th Mini 4th Album 'Soosin' Release...New Album After 4 Months

The group NEXZ(Nexz) has released a new concept trailer video ahead of the release of their 4th mini album ’SAUCIN’’. NEXZ is scheduled to release their 4th mini album ’SAUCIN’’ on August 24. This album is their first new work in four months since the release of their 2nd single album ’Mmchk’ in April. The album title combines the English word ’SAUCE’ and the progressive suffix ’-ING,’ reflecting the group’s ongoing journey of creating a special charm by using their own unique sauce wherever they go. On the afternoon of the 4th, the second trailer was released through their official SNS channels. The video depicts leader Tomoya visiting a snack bar in an underground shopping mall against the backdrop of the city at night. Tomoya enters the store with a serious expression but brightens up upon discovering hot dogs and sauce bottles. However, when the sauce does not come out easily, a scene follows showing him struggling with the sauce bottle. Watching this, Yuu, Haru, Sogeon, Seita, Huey, and Yuki are enjoying snacks with sauce smeared around their mouths. Afterwards, the seven members playfully roam around the underground shopping mall, shaking sauce bottles. The video ends with the members gathered around hot dogs, taking turns pouring yellow, white, and red sauces. Since debuting with the single ’Ride the Vibe’ in May 2024, NEXZ has gained attention for their solid dance skills and immersive performances. In April, they held global showcases in five cities including Seoul, Taipei, Hong Kong, Bangkok, and Singapore. After the release of the new album, they plan to perform at the major Brazilian music festival ’Rock in Rio’ in September, as well as at the new festival ’STRAYCITY’ held in three Latin American regions.
