&TEAM, September 8 comeback with 'Mark on Me'... Trailer 'The First Mark' released

The group &TEAM (Eui-joo, Huma, K, Nicholas, Yuma, Jo, Harua, Taki, Maki) released the trailer for their second Korean mini-album ’Mark on Me’ titled ’The First Mark’ on August 5 at 6 PM via the HYBE LABELS YouTube channel. &TEAM is set to make a comeback on September 8. The trailer video depicts boys who have trapped themselves inside a massive block of ice due to long-standing wounds, meeting ’you’ who embraces even those scars, and regaining their freedom. The video begins with member Eui-joo’s Korean narration, ″Everyone thought it was a wound and hid it,″ followed by a confession, ″You were the first to read my wound,″ interspersed with hands gently touching scars. The voices of the nine members continue in four languages, including Korean and Japanese, enhancing immersion. The turning point of the story is the moment the ice melts; as the members breathe on and embrace each other, the solid ice gradually breaks down. Then, swimming through the water-filled space expresses the liberation from the shackles of wounds. The scene where a beautiful ’Mark’ appears where the scar once was metaphorically signifies that the wound has not disappeared but has gained new meaning through meeting ’you’ who read it as a special pattern. The members delicately portrayed the boys’ transformation with restrained acting, showing anxious, trembling eyes, expressions that lower their guard at the touch of another, and graceful movements after being freed from the ice. This trailer connects to the prologue video ’The Wolf Who Loved Red,’ released on August 2. While the prologue depicted the story of a wolf tamed by love in a fairy-tale style, the trailer deals with the reason the wolf opened its heart. The connection between the two videos foreshadows the expansion of &TEAM’s unique ’Wolf DNA’ universe. Ahead of their comeback on September 8, &TEAM sequentially released the prologue video on August 2, the trailer teaser on the 4th, and the trailer on the 5th. Following this, they plan to release the trailer photo on the 7th, the ’TAME ME’ version image mood teaser on the 10th, concept photos on the 11th and 12th, a mood video on the 13th, a track spoiler on the 19th, and the ’CRAVE YOU’ version image mood teaser and concept photo on the 23rd and 24th, respectively. A track sampler is scheduled for August 31, the tracklist on September 1, and a highlight medley on September 2.
