Monsta X to release new mini album "The Phase" on September 4, including 6 tracks such as the title song "MAGIC"

Monsta X is set to release a new mini album, The Phase, on September 4. Starship Entertainment, the agency, revealed the tracklist video for this album on Monsta X’s official SNS on the 9th. The video features scenes of exercise equipment parts being disassembled and reassembled. The Phase includes a total of six tracks: the title song ″MAGIC,″ ″Type X,″ ″SURVIVOR,″ ″Electric Heart,″ ″That’s My Girl,″ and ″Sweet Night, Sweet Morning.″ The album highlights the members’ high level of participation. Jooheon took part in writing and composing four songs including the title track, and also contributed to the arrangement of ″SURVIVOR″ and ″Electric Heart.″ Hyungwon included his self-composed song ″Sweet Night, Sweet Morning.″ Having pursued various individual activities earlier this year, such as Jooheon’s solo debut, the Shownu X Hyungwon unit, and solo projects by Minhyuk and Kihyun, Monsta X returns as a full group with this album. Marking their 11th year since debut, Monsta X presents music that adds sophisticated sounds and witty concepts based on their established team identity.
