'1 Night 2 Days' ratings 7.0%, ranked first in the same time slot... Moon Se-yoon and Lee Ki-taek's Unaksan peak at 9.9%

KBS 2TV variety show ’2 Days & 1 Night Season 4’ concluded its ultra-short overseas trip with the second story of the six members’ ’neighboring overseas vacation.’ In this episode, the members enjoyed a travel concept experiencing the UK, Malaysia, Thailand, Switzerland, France, and Italy all in Gyeonggi Gapyeong and Gangwon Chuncheon. The broadcast recorded a nationwide Nielsen Korea viewership rating of 7.0%, ranking first in its time slot. In particular, the scene where Moon Se-yoon and Lee Ki-taek looked at the scenery from the center of the Unak Mountain suspension bridge recorded the highest minute rating of 9.9%. The six members converted the mileage earned through missions into coins and rested at a French-style base camp. Moon Se-yoon, Lee Jun, and DinDin, who earned many coins, showed off a ’coin flex’ and spent a leisurely time. Afterwards, they moved to an Italian-themed village to participate in the ’World Mileage Festival,’ competing to increase their assets by betting their coins at six game booths. An event was also held where coin papers ranging from 0 to 50 coins were scattered from the sky. In the evening, a fine dining auction offering a total of 13 course dishes was held. The members bid with their coins, engaging in psychological warfare, and most succeeded in winning at least once. Lee Yong-jin saved his coins until the end and won the last course for the first time, but the menu was revealed to be ’olive oil and lemon juice,’ so he finished the meal by drinking olive oil on an empty stomach. Next, a 3:3 team match called ’1 Night Chameleon,’ a sleeping spot luck mission, took place. The ’Ko Yong-taek Team,’ consisting of Kim Jong-min, Lee Yong-jin, and Lee Ki-taek, lost all missions and was assigned to sleep outdoors, while Moon Se-yoon, Lee Jun, and DinDin’s ’Jun Moon-cheol Team’ stayed comfortably indoors. The next morning, the members performed a wake-up mission to adjust their suitcase weight to 10kg. Kim Jong-min, DinDin, Lee Jun, and Lee Yong-jin passed the mission one by one and succeeded in leaving early, receiving direct flight tickets to Korea. On the other hand, Moon Se-yoon and Lee Ki-taek received tickets that passed through the mountain and had to climb Unak Mountain in the rain as a penalty for leaving late. It was revealed that Lee Ki-taek has been assigned a leaving penalty every time except once since joining ’2 Days & 1 Night,’ and after the recent group hike on Paldal Mountain, he was assigned a hiking penalty for two consecutive times. He said, ″I thought I wouldn’t get it anymore, but I keep getting it.″ Moon Se-yoon and Lee Ki-taek wore raincoats and climbed for about 40 minutes in the rain to reach the Unak Mountain suspension bridge, taking commemorative photos to conclude the trip. ’2 Days & 1 Night Season 4’ airs every Sunday at 6:10 PM.
