CORTIS (Martin, James, Juhun, Seonghyeon, Geonho) ranked 39th on the US Billboard main album chart, the Billboard 200, with their second mini-album ’GREENGREEN.’ According to the latest chart dated August 15, released by Billboard on August 11, this is a rise of 75 spots from 114th place the previous week. ’GREENGREEN’ has entered the Billboard 200 for 13 consecutive weeks, continuing the record for the longest-charting single album by a K-pop boy group debuted within the last five years. The album’s ranking rose again three months after its release, and it reached number 1 on the detailed chart ’World Albums’ and number 2 on ’Top Album Sales.’ CORTIS began their ’2026 CORTIS TOUR IN NORTH AMERICA’ on August 4 in Toronto, Canada, followed by shows in New York and Atlanta in the US. All seats were sold out for the subsequent performances on August 11 in Irving, August 13 in Los Angeles, and August 15 and 16 in San Francisco. Local fans were seen singing along to the Korean lyrics and waving official light sticks at the concerts. There was also a notable response in physical album sales. The merchandise album ’CORTIS Ball ver.’ of the second mini-album sold out immediately after its release in the US at the end of July. Their official Instagram account surpassed 15 million followers on August 5, achieving this milestone about one year after their first post, marking the fastest growth rate among all K-pop groups in history. Their follower count surged significantly after their performance at the US music festival Lollapalooza Chicago on August 1.
