Park Seo-jin and Hyo-jung challenge an 8.15km historical run... Liberation Day special broadcast connecting Tapgol Park to Seodaemun Prison

Park Seo-jin and his younger sister Hyo-jung’s challenge of running 8.15 km in commemoration of Liberation Day will be featured on KBS 2TV’s ″Men Who Do Housework Season 2.″ The broadcast will air on the 15th (Saturday) at 9:20 PM. In this episode, the Park siblings start from Tapgol Park, the starting point of the March 1st Movement, with history storyteller Sun Kim, running 8.15 km following the footsteps of independence activists. During this process, they visit Seodaemun Prison to see the prison cells and harsh conditions where the independence activists were actually imprisoned. After completing the historical run, Park Seo-jin said, ″I want to express gratitude, not just learn history,″ and visits a restaurant run by descendants of national merit recipients to spend 815,000 won on a meal as a way to support them. Middle school ssireum team students join as backup to help achieve the goal, and Hyo-jung also participates in the eating show. Hyo-jung even goes for another run during the meal to eat more.
