It was revealed that announcer Lee In-kwon and Miss Korea alumna Choi Jung-yoon, who met through the SBS variety show ″Child Release Project - Group Blind Date 2,″ have developed a real romantic relationship. On the 14th, Lee In-kwon and Choi Jung-yoon personally disclosed their relationship through their respective social media accounts. The two posted a couple photo along with the message, ″Many of you have asked, so we are leaving this photo. We are also meeting well outside,″ announcing that they are dating. They also expressed gratitude with the message, ″Thank you to the two mothers who have been with us and to the ’Group Blind Date’ production team!″ Their meeting began on ″Group Blind Date 2.″ In the final episode aired on the 13th, the contestants’ last choices after a 5-night, 6-day group blind date were revealed. Choi Jung-yoon was chosen by both Lee In-kwon and Moon Sung-mo, but ultimately selected Lee In-kwon. She explained her choice by saying, ″In-kwon oppa always seemed to be one step ahead.″ Both mothers from each family were present at the final selection scene, supporting their daughter’s and son’s decisions. Lee In-kwon, born in 1990, is a graduate of Korea University and currently works as an SBS announcer. Choi Jung-yoon, born in 1996, was the 2020 Miss Korea Daejeon·Sejong·Chungcheong runner-up and is active in image consulting and speech education. She also works as a freelance announcer. Meanwhile, ″Group Blind Date″ has attracted attention by producing real couples for two consecutive seasons. Following the announcement of the wedding of Season 1 couple Kim Jin-joo and Jang Min-chul this fall, Season 2 saw Lee In-kwon and Choi Jung-yoon publicly start dating.
