S.E.S Shoo expresses skin concerns in 'Touch Me'... Changes after improving lifestyle habits

Sugar, formerly of S.E.S., appeared on the 4th episode of Channel A’s ″Beauty Clinic Touch Me,″ showcasing a changed appearance since her comeback. On the show, Sugar participated in a solution for skin barrier recovery. In daily life footage, she showed concerns about decreased elasticity and wrinkles, expressing frustration by saying, ″I wish it would just smooth out this much,″ and ″It’s really a mess.″ A scene of her preparing healthy food was also revealed. Sugar prepared a meal with apples, cherry tomatoes, and salad, but the small portion, more like a dessert, led the studio’s specialists to emphasize the importance of eating a balanced diet for skin health. It was also shown that she engaged in outdoor activities without applying sunscreen while doing self-interior work. Sugar said, ″I should put it on,″ but continued working with a bare face, and the studio expressed concern about her skin health amid dust and fine powder flying around. During a meeting with an acquaintance, a friend of 25 years gave realistic advice, saying, ″Aging doesn’t come slowly but rapidly. The skin has sagged. There are nasolabial folds. As elasticity decreases, asymmetry appears. The face looks dull overall.″ The broadcast diagnosed Sugar’s skin barrier as weakened due to extreme dieting and excessive UV exposure from tanning. Issues such as skin depressions and facial asymmetry were also pointed out. In response, Sugar worked with the masters for about a month on skin care and lifestyle improvements. After the solution, Sugar appeared in the studio with noticeably improved skin. She shared her feelings, saying, ″I’m happy every day,″ and mentioned that her children reacted by saying, ″Mom looks like an idol.″ She also spoke about S.E.S.’s full-group activities, saying, ″I wasn’t supposed to feel shy, but I did.″
