Jennie to release new EP at the end of August... 'Less than a Lover' ranks No.1 on M Countdown for 2 consecutive weeks and achieves QQ Music Gold

JENNIE is preparing for a comeback with a new EP set to be released at the end of August. Her agency, OA Entertainment (ODDATELIER), announced on August 19 that JENNIE is focusing on finalizing the work with the goal of releasing the EP by the end of August. The exact release date and tracklist have not yet been disclosed. This year, JENNIE headlined a total of seven global festivals, including The Governors Ball Music Festival in New York, USA, Roskilde Festival in Denmark, Open’er Festival in Poland, 2026 MAD COOL FESTIVAL in Spain, and SUMMER SONIC 2026 in Japan. At these events, she performed unreleased new songs such as ″Less than a Lover,″ ″FALLEN ANGEL,″ and ″lockitdown.″ These tracks are expected to be included in the upcoming release. The officially released ″Less than a Lover″ became the only female solo single released this year to receive Gold certification on China’s QQ Music after its digital release. Additionally, it ranked first for two consecutive weeks on Mnet’s M Countdown. Meanwhile, JENNIE recently held a ″Meet & Greet″ event with fans at the National Museum of Korea in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Black Pink’s debut.
