Stray Kids, first overseas male artist to hold a solo concert at Tokyo National Stadium... World tour draws 370,000 including Japan

Stray Kids will hold a solo concert at Japan’s Tokyo National Stadium (MUFG STADIUM), becoming the first overseas male artist to do so. Stray Kids will perform twice on August 29 and 30 at Tokyo National Stadium as part of their world tour ″RUN IT.″ This concert marks the first time an overseas male artist has held a solo event at this venue. The tour follows five consecutive sold-out shows at KSPO DOME in Songpa-gu, Seoul, in July and continues with performances in Japan. The Japan tour will consist of a total of seven shows, starting with two performances at Tokyo National Stadium, followed by shows on September 5-6 at Vantelin Dome Nagoya, September 19-20 at Kyocera Dome Osaka, and October 24 at Mizuho PayPay Dome Fukuoka. These concerts are expected to attract a total audience of 370,000. Stray Kids recently topped the main U.S. Billboard chart, the ″Billboard 200,″ with their mini-album ″THIS & THAT″ on the August 22 chart. In its second week, dated August 29, the album ranked third on the ″Billboard 200″ and first on the ″World Albums″ chart. This marks their ninth time reaching number one on the ″Billboard 200,″ setting the record for the most number-one albums by a group in the 21st century. Additionally, they plan to release their fourth Japanese mini-album ″SUIATSU″ on November 25. ″SUIATSU″ will be their first Japanese mini-album in about one year and five months since the mini-album ″Hollow″ in June 2025. The previous album ″Hollow″ won two awards at the 40th Japan Gold Disc Awards in the Asia category: ″Album of the Year″ and ″Best 3 Albums.″
