Jason joins 'Tokpawon 25 o'clock' as a new panelist... Emphasizes "from Daegu" and finds common ground with Lee Chan-won

JTBC’s ’Tokpawon 25si’ welcomed Jason as a new panelist on the September 2nd broadcast. On the show, Jun Hyun-moo introduced Jason as someone from Daegu, although he is originally from New York. Jason also introduced himself by saying, ″I am Jason, a New York-born Korean American from Daegu.″ Lee Chan-won expressed pleasure by mentioning Jason’s YouTube activities, and Jason replied, ″This is Merakano Jason. It’s an honor.″ Jason revealed that he also works as a video translator. Additionally, Jason knew that Lee Chan-won graduated from Yeungnam University in Daegu and shared that he had worked as an English teacher at Daegu High School. When Lee Chan-won asked about his residence, Jason answered that he had lived near Apasan Laundry, around Gyodae, and in Hwanggeum-dong, to which Lee Chan-won responded positively about the area. Among the cast, it was revealed that Lee Chan-won was born in 1996 and Jason in 1994, and Jason mentioned the age order by saying, ″I’m the older brother.″ When Yang Se-chan claimed to be the older brother, Jason responded in the Gyeongsang dialect with ″Hiya,″ revealing his Daegu origins.
