IU, comeback after one year...'From This Star' tracklist revealed, release on the 10th

IU announced their comeback by revealing the tracklist and concept photos for their new digital single ″From This Star.″ On the 7th at midnight, EDAM Entertainment released a tracklist video for the digital single ″From This Star″ on IU’s official SNS channels. The video featured vast space, planets, astronauts, paper airplanes, and included an effect where the song titles appeared above the planets. This digital single includes two songs: ″From This Star″ and ″Dear my crazy soulmate.″ Both tracks were selected as title songs, and IU participated in writing the lyrics. These songs were originally planned to be included in the postponed 6th full-length album and are being pre-released through this single. ″From This Star″ is the first new song released in a year since the surprise digital single ″Bye, Summer″ on September 10 of last year. Ahead of the new release, IU shared concept photos featuring a short bob hairstyle on their social media on the 7th. The music videos for the two title tracks will be released sequentially. The ″Dear my crazy soulmate″ music video will be released on the 10th, the same day as the digital single release, and the ″From This Star″ music video will be released on the 16th. IU’s new digital single ″From This Star″ will be released on various online music sites at 6 PM on the 10th. Meanwhile, IU had previously postponed their Goyang concert and album release schedule due to worsening ligament laxity.
