NEXZ makes its first entry into Latin America... to perform 'STRAYCITY' on stage in Bogotá this September

NEXZ(Nexz) will take the stage at the new music festival ″STRAYCITY,″ held in Bogotá, Colombia, on September 10 at 9 a.m. (KST). NEXZ (Tomoya, Yuu, Haru, So Gun, Seita, Huey, Yuki) will meet Latin American fans for the first time since their debut through this performance. ″STRAYCITY″ is a new music festival planned by JYP Entertainment and the American event company Live Nation, centered around Stray Kids, and it is being held for the first time this year. The festival will take place in three cities: Bogotá, Colombia on September 9; Buenos Aires, Argentina on September 14-15; and Mexico City, Mexico on September 25-26. Ahead of the ″STRAYCITY″ stage, NEXZ said through their agency, ″We studied Spanish for today. Although we still have a lot to improve, we will do our best for the fans who have been waiting for us. We plan to show several exciting performances, including our latest song ’SAUCIN’,’ which has a strong festival vibe, so we hope you look forward to it.″ The members also expressed their excitement about sharing the stage with Stray Kids. ″We learned a lot by watching the senior group Stray Kids’ stage and performance in person. We were especially impressed by their distinct personalities and live performances. The ad-libs that excite the audience and the parts that bring out the flavor of live shows were cool, and we are conscious of those aspects as we prepare for our stage,″ they said. ″We hope to learn and feel a lot by watching Stray Kids’ ’STRAYCITY’ stage, and we will work harder to develop our know-how while finding the strengths unique to NEXZ.″ NEXZ released photos from their rehearsal ahead of the Bogotá performance. The seven members were seen holding microphones, making V signs, or smiling brightly in casual attire. Meanwhile, after the ″STRAYCITY″ Bogotá performance, NEXZ is also scheduled to perform at ″Rock in Rio″ in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on the 11th. They will continue their global activities by visiting major cities in Latin America throughout September.
