Close Your Eyes to Release Fourth Mini Album '256th Note' on the 30th... Comeback Live to be Held Simultaneously

Close Your Eyes (CLOSE YOUR EYES, Kluya·Jeon Min-wook, Mazingsiang, Jang Yeo-jun, Kim Sung-min, Song Seung-ho, Kenshin, Seo Kyung-bae) has announced a new musical attempt with their fourth mini album, ’256th Note.’ Their agency, Uncore, released a highlight medley video of Close Your Eyes’ new album ’256th Note’ on their official YouTube channel on the 13th. This video is notable for presenting highlights of each track as individual content, featuring parts of seven songs with participation from the members. ’256th Note’ includes seven tracks: ’Open Your Eyes,’ ’Drop That!,’ ’Vibe Check,’ ’Slowly Bleed,’ ’Fool For You,’ ’Baby Bossa Nova,’ and ’Eternity.’ The album is inspired by the 256th note and expresses fleeting emotions through music, blending various genres such as jazz, hip-hop, R&B, pop, bossa nova, and ballad. The first track, ’Open Your Eyes,’ will be pre-released on the 18th at 6 PM, featuring pianist Johan Kim and jazz saxophonist Jacob Skesny. This song interprets the freedom and improvisation of jazz in hip-hop and R&B styles, with lyrics written by Jeon Min-wook and Kenshin. The title track, ’Drop That!,’ samples Yoon Si-nae’s ’Enjoy This Night’ and reinterprets it with a 90s street hip-hop vibe, with lyrics by Jeon Min-wook and Song Seung-ho. Additionally, ’Vibe Check’ features lyrics by Kenshin and Kim Sung-min; ’Fool For You’ by Jang Yeo-jun, Song Seung-ho, and Jeon Min-wook; ’Baby Bossa Nova’ by Jeon Min-wook; and the final track ’Eternity’ was written by all members. Close Your Eyes will release the song and music video for ’Open Your Eyes’ first on the 18th at 6 PM. The mini album ’256th Note’ will be released on various online music sites on the 30th at 6 PM, with an on- and offline comeback live show at 8 PM on the same day.
