Gojiyong files injunction against ex-wife Heo Yang-im to prohibit interview visitation and posting videos of their son

Ko Ji-yong, a former member of the group SECHSKIES, filed a provisional injunction against his ex-wife Heo Yang-im to prohibit interference with visitation rights and the posting of photos and videos of their son Seung-jae. On the same day, Heo Yang-im released a vlog video with their son. On the 16th, Heo Yang-im uploaded a video titled ″Heo Yang-im Vlog 004″ on her YouTube channel ″Kkokdeu Heo Yang-im.″ The video showed Heo Yang-im being invited as a panelist at the Obesity Society, dining out with her son Seung-jae, and watching fireworks at home. In the video, Seung-jae said, ″Today is the first time I tried tofu,″ and Heo Yang-im corrected him, saying, ″You ate tofu? You ate mushrooms.″ When asked, ″How did the mushrooms taste?″ Seung-jae replied, ″They’re good with sauce, but not so much on their own. They’re soft and like konjac jelly.″ Later, while watching fireworks at home, Heo Yang-im said, ″They’re pretty,″ and Seung-jae said, ″Mom seems to like fireworks because she dreams about them.″ On the same day, Ko Ji-yong’s agency Mountain Movement Story released a statement announcing that Ko Ji-yong had filed a provisional injunction with the court against Heo Yang-im to prohibit interference with visitation rights and the posting of photos and videos of their child. Through the agency, Ko Ji-yong stated, ″After our agreed divorce on April 24, 2024, I was hospitalized on May 9 due to cirrhosis, liver failure, and shock, and I had to prepare for the possibility of death.″ He added, ″My illness worsened during our marriage, but we reached an amicable agreement. I fought alone through multiple hospitalizations over about two years, facing life and death.″ Ko Ji-yong’s side explained that there were conflicts with Heo Yang-im over child support payments and visitation rights during this period. They added that after the agreed divorce in April 2024, Ko Ji-yong met their son about six times over roughly two years. Meanwhile, Heo Yang-im filed a child support lawsuit against Ko Ji-yong on the 5th. YouTuber Lee Jin-ho reported on the 16th, ″Heo Yang-im filed a child support lawsuit against Ko Ji-yong on the 5th. Ko Ji-yong agreed to pay 1.89 million KRW monthly in child support after their agreed divorce in April 2024, but he only paid child support for two months, August and September of this year. The unpaid child support amounts to about 40 million KRW, and with interest, the claim totals about 50 million KRW.″ It was also reported that before the lawsuit, Heo Yang-im applied for a provisional seizure of Ko Ji-yong’s assets, resulting in the seizure of his accounts and insurance. Ko Ji-yong and Heo Yang-im married in 2013 and appeared together with their son Seung-jae on KBS 2TV’s ″The Return of Superman.″ They divorced by mutual agreement in 2024. It has been confirmed that the two are currently in conflict over visitation rights for their son.
