&TEAM ranks first on 'Music Bank' with 'Mark on Me'... fifth overall music show top spot

The group &TEAM(&TEAM) topped the music charts with their new song ″Mark on Me.″ &TEAM reached number one on KBS2’s ″Music Bank″ on the 18th with the title track ″Mark on Me″ from their second Korean mini-album. This first-place win marks their fifth overall Korean music show victory, following the triple crown achieved with their previous release ″Back to Life″ and the number one spot for their third Japanese mini-album ″We on Fire.″ The members expressed their gratitude, saying, ″We think of this award as one we receive together with LUNÉ. We also want to thank producer Bang Si-hyuk and the staff who always create great music for us.″ ″Mark on Me″ tells the story of a wolf who, after being rejected by the world and locking himself away, meets someone who embraces even his wounds, leading to his transformation. On stage that day, the nine members conveyed the song’s dramatic emotional line through delicate facial expressions and restrained movements. The song begins with a beautiful piano melody, expanding into a grand chorus combined with powerful group choreography. This album recorded over one million sales on its first day of release according to Hanteo Chart, marking their fourth consecutive million-seller. The initial sales volume reached 1,357,357 copies, setting a new personal best for the team, and it also ranked first on the Hanteo Chart’s weekly album chart and the World Chart global category.
