ZEROBASEONE's first unit EMP releases 'EMP Mixtape Vol.1' today at 6 PM

ZEROBASEONE’s first unit, ZEROBASEONE EMP, will release ’EMP Mixtape Vol.1: We the Extra’ today at 6 PM. ZEROBASEONE EMP is a hip-hop unit produced directly by SEOK MATTHEW and PARK GUNWOOK, and the unit name is inspired by Electro Magnetic Pulse, meaning they aim to create a space where only their music exists, like an EMP explosion. This mixtape includes a total of four tracks: the double title tracks ’EMP’ and ’Pina C,’ as well as ’Woofer’ and ’In your rain.’ The title track ’EMP’ is a blend of hip-hop and pop, expressing the members’ lives and overcoming limits through strong rhythms and restrained composition. The other title track, ’Pina C,’ is based on a mumbaton rhythm, evoking a relaxed atmosphere at the beach. ZEROBASEONE EMP plans to continue their unit activities by announcing a digital single release in November following this mixtape release.
