The lecture materials featured photos of V alongside Robert Pattinson from the Twilight series and Tom Holland from Marvel Studios’ Spider-Man series under the title ″The Most Handsome Men in the World in 2023.″ These materials were used in an exercise physiology class themed ″Body Image and Standards of Beauty.″ A friend who saw the photo reacted by using a V-related meme popular on SNS, saying, ″Did V walk into the crowd?″ This is not the first time V has been included as a case study in American university lecture materials. Previously, in a culture and fashion-related class at an American university, V’s photo was used as an example of ″beauty″ in materials explaining nonverbal visuals and appearance. V maintains high recognition worldwide, and Google Trends shows he recorded high search volumes in 2021, 2022, 2024, and 2025.
