BTS member Jungkook has reportedly surpassed 11.5 billion cumulative streams on Spotify across all songs credited to his artist profile, reaching another major milestone in his solo career.
According to streaming data cited by Korean media on September 22, Jungkook is the first K-pop soloist to cross the 11.5 billion mark. He is also reported to have reached the total faster than any other Asian artist, including both solo performers and groups.
The figure is particularly striking because Jungkook has released only one full-length solo album. While many artists build comparable streaming totals through extensive discographies spanning several years, his solo catalog remains relatively compact.
The achievement is therefore not simply a reflection of one viral hit. It shows how several songs connected to Jungkook continue attracting large audiences long after their original release periods.

Career streaming totals can be calculated in different ways, making context important.
Spotify’s public artist pages do not display a single official number representing every career stream. Third-party chart accounts and music data trackers generally calculate totals by combining streams from songs on which an artist receives a primary or featured credit.
In Jungkook’s case, that catalog includes his solo releases, collaborations and songs recorded for special projects. Major contributors include “Seven,” “Standing Next to You,” “3D,” “Still With You,” “Dreamers” and “Left and Right,” his collaboration with Charlie Puth.
Different versions or remixes may also appear as separate tracks on Spotify. This means totals reported by outlets can vary depending on whether alternate versions are combined or counted individually.
Despite those methodological differences, the overall direction is clear. Jungkook’s catalog continues to generate streams at a pace rarely seen among Korean solo artists.
Released in July 2023, “Seven” featuring Latto became the defining launch of Jungkook’s official solo era.
The song debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, making Jungkook the second BTS member to lead the chart as a solo artist. It also opened at No. 1 on both the Billboard Global 200 and Billboard Global Excl. U.S. charts.
Its Spotify performance was equally significant. Guinness World Records recognized “Seven” after it reached one billion streams in 109 days, establishing a new speed benchmark for a male artist’s track at the time. The explicit version also recorded nearly 90 million streams during its first week.
The song’s impact extended beyond its release campaign. Billboard later named it the No. 1 global song of summer 2023, reflecting sustained consumption across international markets rather than a brief debut-week surge.
That long-term performance remains one of the main forces behind Jungkook’s cumulative Spotify total.

Jungkook strengthened his solo position with “GOLDEN,” released in November 2023.
The album brought together “Seven,” “3D” and “Standing Next to You” while presenting Jungkook as a global pop vocalist capable of moving between electronic pop, R&B, funk and dance music.
“GOLDEN” debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 with 210,200 equivalent album units in the United States. It also entered Billboard’s Top Album Sales chart at No. 1 after selling 164,800 copies during its opening week.
“Standing Next to You” later debuted at No. 1 on both of Billboard’s global song charts and reached No. 5 on the Hot 100. “3D,” featuring Jack Harlow, also opened at No. 1 on the Global 200 and Global Excl. U.S. charts.
These results matter because they demonstrate that Jungkook’s streaming power was not dependent on “Seven” alone. Several releases developed their own global audiences, giving his catalog multiple reliable sources of continued listening.
Jungkook is also reported to have six credited songs with more than 500 million Spotify streams:
The list reveals the variety behind his streaming reach.
“Still With You” began as a fan release, while “Dreamers” was created for the 2022 FIFA World Cup soundtrack. “Left and Right” introduced Jungkook to another segment of the global pop audience through his collaboration with Charlie Puth.
Meanwhile, “Seven,” “3D” and “Standing Next to You” formed the commercial foundation of his official solo debut.
Instead of relying on repeated versions of the same musical formula, Jungkook has accumulated streams through songs released for different audiences, projects and moments in his career.
Streaming milestones can sometimes reward artists with enormous catalogs. The more songs an artist releases, the more opportunities listeners have to contribute to an overall total.
Jungkook’s case is different. His credited catalog is still relatively limited, and “GOLDEN” remains his only full solo studio album. Reaching a reported 11.5 billion streams with that amount of material indicates unusually high listening concentration across his most popular tracks.
His music has also continued performing during periods without an intensive solo promotional campaign. That endurance suggests listeners are returning to the songs rather than treating them only as products of release-day excitement or organized fandom support.
Jungkook’s Spotify growth ultimately reflects the transition he achieved with “GOLDEN.” He entered the project as the youngest member of the world’s most recognizable K-pop group and emerged with an independent catalog capable of competing across the wider global pop market.
The next stage of his career will begin from an unusually strong position. With one album, several collaborations and a small collection of special releases, Jungkook has already built billions of streams.
His future releases will not need to establish whether he can succeed as a soloist. They will show how much further an already established global audience is prepared to take him.
