Lim Young Woong fan club 'Raon' volunteers for the 63rd meal service at Rodem House...donates 2.08 million won and delivers holiday food

The Lim Young Woong fan club Hero Era volunteer sharing group ″Raon″ carried out meal service and support activities at the residential facility for severely disabled children, ″Rodem House,″ in Yangpyeong ahead of Chuseok. On September 19, ″Raon″ conducted the 63rd meal service and delivered donations and goods worth 2.08 million KRW. For this service, they prepared traditional holiday foods such as beef radish soup, bulgogi, japchae, three-colored skewered pancakes, donggeurangttaeng, perilla leaf pancakes, crab stick salad, and songpyeon. The donated items included fruits like bananas, apples, Shine Muscat grapes, and oranges, as well as snacks such as candy, cookies, milk, beverages, and 7 kg of Korean beef brisket. Members went grocery shopping the day before the service and traveled from Seoul to Yangpyeong early in the morning to participate in cooking and serving. Since its first volunteer activity in August 2021, ″Raon″ has supported Rodem House with meal expenses and goods for 63 months while continuing kitchen meal service. Representatives of ″Raon″ said, ″The fulfillment and joy we feel seeing the residents enjoy the food and stay healthy″ motivate them, adding, ″As fans of singer Lim Young Woong who practice the value of togetherness, we strive to deliver warm care to marginalized neighbors.″ In addition, ″Raon″ has continuously provided meal services and support for self-reliant youth and severely ill children in various places such as shantytowns, Yongsan box villages, the Seoul Child Welfare Association, ″People Selling Hope,″ and Seoul National University Children’s Hospital. Recently, they also participated in fundraising for the reconstruction of Rodem House, with total accumulated donations reaching 244.77 million KRW.
