NCT 127's Taeyong chooses Nine and BabyZoo choreography in 'Street World Fighter'... Bada and Baek Gooyoung 'shocked'

NCT 127’s Taeyong participated in a choreography mission on Mnet’s ’Street World Fighter: Director’s War’ alongside Bada & Baek Gooyoung and Nine & Babyzoo. In that episode, the K-POP solo artist director mission took place, and Taeyong presented choreography drafts from both the Bada & Baek Gooyoung team and the Nine & Babyzoo team. During the artists’ mid-evaluation, the same sections from the two teams were compared, and choreography preferred for each section was selected. Bada & Baek Gooyoung proposed the ″ddakbam″ dance for the chorus choreography, but Taeyong chose Nine & Babyzoo’s ″uwek″ dance. Taeyong said, ″The interpretation was interesting, and the gestures had a youthful vibe.″ As for why he did not choose the ddakbam dance, he explained, ″My fourth finger is short, so it was difficult.″ In the section adoption results, Taeyong and Bada & Baek Gooyoung were dominant, but the choreography draft Taeyong ultimately chose was from Nine & Babyzoo. Afterwards, to revise the choreography, the Nine & Babyzoo team changed the intro to emphasize energy delivery, and Babyzoo said, ″I was satisfied because they performed the changed choreography well,″ while Nine said, ″Since a more satisfying result came out, I don’t want to miss it.″ Babyzoo added, ″We added showmanship that Taeyong’s fans like to make it come across more stimulating.″ Regarding the rehearsal stage, Bada said, ″I think fans won’t like that outfit,″ and Baek Gooyoung agreed, saying, ″Honestly, the outfit is a bit disappointing.″ However, both expressed admiration, saying, ″When Taeyong is on stage, the feeling is different.
