Seventeen Joshua to release self-written and composed digital single 'Baby Come Home' on the 22nd

Joshua of Seventeen has expanded his musical scope with the new song ″Baby Come Home.″ Released at 1 PM on the 22nd, this digital single features Joshua’s direct involvement in writing and composing, characterized by an arrangement centered on acoustic guitar and a warm melody. The new song was presented in two versions: a Chinese duet and an English solo. The Chinese version features WeiBird, a Mandarin-speaking singer-songwriter and Golden Melody Awards winner, harmonizing with Joshua. The English version was completed solo by Joshua, conveying a message of steadfast presence with calm vocals. The approach of presenting one song differently by language and participation method draws attention. Seventeen is currently in a military hiatus due to the sequential enlistment of its members. Jeonghan has completed his service, while Wonwoo, Vernon, and Mingyu are serving alternative military duties. Woozi, Hoshi, and Dokyeom are serving as active-duty soldiers in the army, and Seungkwan and Dino are scheduled to enlist on October 26. Meanwhile, Seventeen expressed their intention to continue group activities by signing their second contract with Pledis Entertainment last July.
