Stray Kids Busan episode video, BIAS campaign surpasses 10 million cumulative views

The Busan travel video from the Korea visit campaign ’BIAS (Be In Artists’ Scenes)’, a collaboration between Stray Kids, JYP Entertainment, and the Korea Tourism Organization, has surpassed 10 million cumulative views. The ’BIAS’ campaign, inspired by the word meaning ’favorite’ in K-pop fandoms, was designed to encourage fans to visit places that artists have been to. The Busan edition video features major tourist attractions such as Songdo Beach, Bupyeong Kkangtong Market, and Gamcheon Culture Village, set against the hometown of member I.N. Stray Kids members completed various missions to promote Busan’s food and local landmarks. The Korea Tourism Organization is operating the ’BIAS Campaign Special Exhibition’ in partnership with the global online travel agency KLOOK. They offer experience products and discount benefits linked to the tourist sites featured in the video, enabling foreign tourists to directly enjoy ’Busan as experienced by Stray Kids.’ Additionally, the integrated Korean tourism platform VISITKOREA introduces the landmarks appearing in the video in multiple languages and conducts online and offline marketing by broadcasting Stray Kids’ Busan travel messages on major overseas city billboards and SNS channels. In August, a BIAS campaign promotional booth was set up at the Stray Kids world tour ’RUN IT’ Seoul concert venue, providing foreign fans with an opportunity to learn about Busan tourist spots firsthand. Baek Man-seong, head of the Hallyu Content Team at the Korea Tourism Organization, stated, ″Among the foreign fans we met at the concert venue, we confirmed many cases of people traveling to Busan after watching the campaign video,″ and added, ″We will continue to expand collaborations with K-pop artists to strengthen local tourism marketing so that global fans can discover Korea’s hidden regional attractions in a familiar and enjoyable way.″
