This is a global fan-driven project where advertisements celebrating his solo debut are displayed in various locations.The Rocky 3rd Solo Debut Anniversary Celebration Project's success is confirmed by the number of Rainbow Stars (points that can be collected on the site) donated by fans. If over 35,000 stars are collected, celebration advertisements will be displayed.If 55,000 stars are collected, a congratulatory video will be screened on the CM board at Hapjeong Station. If 50,000 stars are collected, a congratulatory video will also be shown on the electronic billboards in Shinjuku, Shin-Okubo, Tokyo, Japan.
