On October 2, CORTIS (Martin, James, Juhun, Sunghyun, Gunho) ranked first on the ″1st Week of October K-Chart″ revealed on the official website of KBS 2TV’s ″Music Bank.″ This song reclaimed the top spot about four months after the end of its broadcast promotions, earning the group’s 12th music show trophy in total. Previously, CORTIS achieved a ″Grand Slam″ by sweeping all five major domestic music shows with ″REDRED.″ This first-place win was achieved despite a broadcast score of zero, thanks to high combined scores in digital music, album sales, social media, and K-pop fan voting. The song’s long-term success continues not only domestically but also overseas. In the latest Billboard charts dated October 3, ″REDRED″ entered the ″Global 200″ at No. 198 and the ″Global (Excluding U.S.)″ at No. 100, marking its 22nd consecutive week on both charts. ″REDRED″ is a song co-created by all members, expressing what they avoid as ″RED″ and what they aspire to as ″GREEN.″ It features a new texture of sound, addictive ″fluttering ear″ dance choreography, and sincere lyrics.
