Kim Woo-bin is returning to TV drama for the first time since his marriage. He has taken on the role of a baseball coach in tvN’s new Saturday-Sunday drama ″Gift.″ ″Gift″ depicts the story of a former professional baseball pitcher coach who, after experiencing an unexpected accident, becomes the coach of a high school baseball team that ranks last nationwide. The series is based on the baseball webtoon of the same name by writer Jeong I-ri, which is serialized on Kakao Webtoon. The directors are Kim Kyu-tae and Ham Seung-hoon, and the scriptwriters are Min Jeong, Haeju, and Seong Eun. The production involves Studio Dragon, By4M Studio, GTist, Studio Double M, and AM Entertainment. Kim Woo-bin plays Jung Min-yong, the coach of the Deokcheon High School baseball team, who appears as a character who coldly judges the players’ talents and limitations.
