'Not You, But Another Love' Lee Mi-do and Nam Goong-ho clash... Lowest viewership rating records 2.1%

In episode 5 of KBS 2TV’s weekend drama ″Not Your Love,″ a scene aired where Imi-do, played by Ahn Eun-jin, kisses Lee Joo-an (Han Tae-seung) while being in a relationship with Seo Kang-joon (Namgung Ho). The broadcast revealed the truth behind Imi-do’s overnight absence. Imi-do apologized to Namgung Ho for being out without contact and explained that she had only fallen asleep drunk after arguing over a settlement issue at Han Tae-seung’s office, insisting nothing else happened. However, it was later revealed that on the night of the first snowfall, she had kissed Han Tae-seung. Namgung Ho gave the adult film production company 10% more than the contract amount to settle the contract on Imi-do’s behalf. However, Imi-do expressed dissatisfaction with Namgung Ho interfering in her career, causing conflict. Namgung Ho knew that Imi-do had been sending money to her biological mother, Choi Hwa-young (Choi Hee-jin), for over two years and suspected that Choi Hwa-young had been threatening Imi-do. Imi-do admitted to receiving living expenses but drew a clear line, stating it was separate from directing adult films. Namgung Ho submitted evidence of Choi Hwa-young’s alias bank account to the court and took a tough stance by placing a provisional seizure on the officetel deposit and short-term leased land. Choi Hwa-young resisted, claiming that South Korean law does not recognize debts between parents and children. Namgung Ho mentioned his legal guardian authority and hinted at the possibility of admitting her to a psychiatric hospital. He also warned that he would take legal action if she interfered with Imi-do again. There was also a change in the relationship between Imi-do and Han Tae-seung that day. Han Tae-seung visited Imi-do and confessed his feelings, saying, ″You kept annoying me by being on my mind.″ He continued, ″You don’t want to do movies, right? You’re scared, right? You want to run away. You’re scared and afraid. But you can’t because you feel sorry and embarrassed in front of your boyfriend.″ Han Tae-seung saw through Imi-do’s true feelings. He kissed her, saying, ″Shall I let you run away?″ and Imi-do accepted. At the end of the broadcast, a scene showed Imi-do recalling the kiss with Han Tae-seung, and Namgung Ho arriving at the house, setting up a tense moment where the three faced each other separated by a single front door. The episode recorded a nationwide average rating of 2.1% according to Nielsen Korea, marking its lowest rating to date.
