BTS holds first-ever concert in Peru... Three concerts in Lima titled 'ARIRANG IN LIMA'

BTS is holding their first concert in Lima, Peru, with various commemorative events taking place locally. BTS, a group consisting of RM, Suga, Jin, V, J-HOPE, Jungkook, and Jimin, will hold ’BTS WORLD TOUR ARIRANG IN LIMA’ at Estadio San Marcos in Lima on the 7th, 9th, and 10th local time. This Lima concert is the first concert held in Peru since BTS’s debut. Various events welcoming them are unfolding in downtown Lima. The Santiago de Surco district temporarily named Sacramento Street ’Avenida BTS’ and installed signs from the 5th to the 11th. At the Arco Morisco in Parque de la Amistad, a purple light show for BTS is held daily from the 5th to the 11th. Additionally, at the Fuente de la Fantasía in Circuito Mágico del Agua, a BTS themed event using music, light, and water screens is held during the same period. The official Peruvian tourism site ’Peru Travel’ introduced this Lima concert as an opportunity to promote the country’s cuisine, culture, and natural scenery, guiding visitors from around the world to travel throughout Peru. Meanwhile, before the Lima concert, BTS started their South American tour at Estadio El Campín in Bogotá, Colombia, on the 2nd and 3rd, meeting about 100,000 spectators over two days. Rolling Stone en Español evaluated the concert, saying, ″BTS met expectations and exceeded them at several moments,″ calling it ″the concert a whole generation has been waiting for.″
